The deadline for applications for state student welfare support for the 2025-2026 academic year has been extended until June 2, 2026, at 2pm, the Grants and Benefits Service of the Finance Ministry announced.
The previous deadline had been May 14, 2026, at 10am.
In its announcement, the service urged families of students to submit their applications electronically through https://sg-yxe.mof.gov.cy in good time and with accurate information.
It said that, in several cases, applicants were not fully following the instructions provided, leading to increased queries and problems during the submission process.
