Wine, Music And Fire-Grilled Feasts At Tsiakkas Winery

An end-of-year celebration in the mountains of Pelendri brings together wine, DJs, winter flavours and a festive crowd for one last joyful gathering of 2025.

There is something special about winter gatherings in the mountains. The air feels cleaner, conversations last longer, and a glass of good wine somehow tastes even better. This December, Tsiakkas Winery invites friends, wine lovers and curious visitors to close the year with music, food and learning, all wrapped in a festive village atmosphere.

The Eudaimonia Festive Edition takes over the winery’s green garden on Sunday, from 2pm to 8pm, turning it into a daytime party with vineyards as the backdrop and Pelendri’s winter charm all around. Think fairy lights, crisp mountain air, warm smiles and the comforting buzz of people who came to enjoy themselves properly.

Wine, music and the right rhythm

The mood starts early with DJ Patsas, setting the tone with warm, festive grooves as guests arrive and explore the space. As the sun begins to set, DJ Andrea steps in, gradually building an elegant house and electronic soundscape that carries the afternoon smoothly into early evening. Wine flows at a relaxed pace, encouraging conversation, discovery and that easy festive feeling.

The €25 entrance ticket includes a welcome drink for arrivals between 2pm and 4pm, a gentle nudge to come early, settle in and make the most of the experience.

Fire, flavour and winter comfort

Food is very much part of the story. Chef Jack Yiannakou curates a grill-focused food court serving proper Cypriot souvlaki, alongside a seasonal, warming soup designed to keep the Pelendri chill at bay. Self-service wine and cocktail bars remain open throughout the event, offering plenty of options to pair with the smoky flavours from the grill.

Little surprises and festive style

As always with Eudaimonia events, a few seasonal pop-ups and small surprises are planned, revealed only to those who show up. Guests are encouraged to dress for both fun and comfort: something red for the festive spirit, something warm for the weather, and comfortable shoes, as the terrace is pebble-covered and made for standing, dancing and wandering.

This is not just a party. It is a chance to visit a local winery, learn more about Cypriot wine, enjoy good music, eat well and spend a winter afternoon in the mountains with people who appreciate all of the above.
