Bulgaria secured its first-ever victory at the 70th Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna, with singer Dara winning both the national juries and the public vote. Her performance of the high-energy track Bangaranga accumulated 516 points, delivering a historic milestone for the country.
The energetic pop track had generated significant momentum during rehearsals ahead of the grand final, drawing praise for its modern production. Dara delivered a confident performance that resonated strongly across Europe, comfortably ahead of Israel, which finished in second place with 343 points. Romania and Australia completed the top four positions.
Greece secured a top-ten finish, with performer Akylas scoring 220 points. His entry, Ferto, finished in tenth place following an ambitious staging routine that received strong support from the audience.
Cyprus finished in 19th place in the final standings. Representing the country, Antigoni performed the up-tempo track Jalla, which combines Mediterranean rhythms with traditional instrumentation, concluding the voting sequence with 75 points.
